Behaviour Support for Parents

Specifically for parents and carers of young people with a disability living within Bracknell Forest

This is a 6 hour basic behaviour management course for parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities. It will be covered over two 3 hour sessions and would ideally suit parents who have not undertaken any behaviour management training or who would like a refresher. 

The course will cover information on:

• What is behaviour and how we can modify behaviour
• Calming Strategies and Emotional wellbeing
• Using scripts and other resources to aid with behaviour changes.

We are unable to provide childcare.  Parents must be able to attend both sessions. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
