We provide care and support centred around the needs and wants of the individual, their family, and those around them. We work with Direct Payments and Individual Budgets, private care, and can help if your support is to be wholly, or part-funded by your Local Authority.
We can provide you, or a loved one with:
Personal Home Care - to support with daily routines like getting dressed, washed, and appearance, or getting settled for the evening. Organising days out, visiting family, or friends, friendship and companionship.
Practical Help at Home - we can help with the shopping; going with you, or for you. Preparing and cooking meals, handling mail and bills, laundry, ironing, and any general domestic duties that may have become harder to do, or they take much longer.
Complex and Specialist Home Care Services - more complex and specialist care is often required when returning from hospital, following an illness, or injury, for dementia care and Alzheimer's, palliative care, end of life care and other intensive care needs.
We also provide respite care for those who are caring for a loved one so that they can take a break. Many of our home carers have cared for a loved one themselves and have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives.
