How to register on the Bracknell Forest Family Services Directory & SEND Local Offer website

To register/create your account please follow this link:

You will be sent an activation code and once you have copied and pasted this in, you will be able to log in and create and save your personal website record.

To update your web record:

• Select "provider update"

• Then select ‘Update record’ from the  ‘Actions’ box, on the right.

• Please make sure you complete all required fields marked in red or the form will not submit

• Click ‘Save’ at the bottom to submit your changes

All updates are checked and verified by the FIS before allowing the

information to be displayed on the Family Services Directory website.
