The Autism Group - Arts and Crafts Club

What can I expect at the Arts and Crafts Club?

Aimed at young people aged 14-25 on the autism spectrum and typically of mainstream ability, we welcome beginners and talented artists. Each 2.5 hour session costs 10.50 (includes all materials).

The young people who attend will shape the programme of different art media and crafts activities that we will offer.

Do you want to know more?

Each session will also have the same core activities to provide structure and predictability to include for example:- Colouring from a range of topics e.g. Nature, anime, Marvel characters. Drawing - practising familiar pictures and perhaps trying some different subjects too. We will offer alternative arts and crafts activity choices in addition.

Beginners and talented artists are all welcome. Places are limited and allocated on a first come basis after we have completed an application process. We will have a variety of experienced staff and support workers at the clubs to help all beginners and talented artists enjoy themselves. All our support workers are DBS checked.
