The Oaks Pre-school is judged as good by Ofsted in 2019 and Outstanding in 2014 it is a 30 place independent pre-school operating from a purpose built building within The Oaks Children's Centre grounds, on the site of Great Hollands Primary School. Children benefit from having access to a stimulating and challenging large out door environment, which includes an all weather canopy allowing the children to make use of it all year round. Within our large garden we also have a large allotment, which offers the children the learning experience of growing their own produce. We have a team of eight staff, the manager holds a foundation degree in health and social care and is supported by three members of staff who hold a level 3 in childcare, the remainder of the staff are working towards relevant childcare qualifications. We believe that the key to every child being a successful learner starts with the relationship we build with their parents and we strive to give each and every child a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn and grow.
