This group for the Carers of people with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions, living in Bracknell Forest, meets on the third Thursday of the month. There is the opportunity for carers to have a coffee and chat with other carers. Speakers are often invited along to discuss topics of interest to the group. Organised by the Promise Inclusion Family Liaison Worker for Adults and Transition.
