Age UK Berkshire provides weekly ongoing individual support for people living with dementia, in their own homes, and by accompanying them to places of interest.

The team of trained workers offer a wide range of stimulating support trailored to each person living with dementia. The service can be paid for by using private funds or a personal budget and is available for any number of hours per week on a regular basis.
