Play Therapy Service for Deaf Children/hearing children and their Deaf/ hearing families

I am Deaf Accredited Specialist Play Therapist who communicate Orally and lipread and I also use BSL. I offer Play Therapy work and Counselling for Young People and Adolescents for Deaf children and Hearing children from Deaf families directly. I take children between the ages of 4-18.

I also offer Filial Therapy for parents who may be experiencing attachment/behaviour difficulties with their very young deaf/hearing child. this service is aimed for 0-3 years of age.

If you are looking for a Play Therapist to work with a Deaf child I am available to work in Deaf Schools, Deaf units, Schools, Behavioural Centres, CYPIT, and CAMHS. I can offer to do Play Therapy in your child's home if the parents are able to provide a safe play space/ room for the child to play for an uninterrupted therapeutic play or I can arrange a nearby venue for your child to attend play therapy.
